Tchatcheur
A former trucker, Bertrand d’India, the thirty-year-old owner of the retro bar À la Tchatche (exposed stones, waiters in aprons, wine growers, loaves of bread and boards of artisanal charcuterie), is the talkative type. He goes and gets the wine himself because it allows him to chat with the winegrower. And, when he serves it, he tells it to the customer: it still allows him to talk. Well, he prefers to present things differently: « as I learn a lot from contact with the producer, he says, I have a duty to pass on this knowledge because wine is first and foremost an exchange ».
