Château Trois Colombes et les Rameaux

At the estate, agriculture is reasoned thanks to a very controlled use and only when necessary treatments of the vines. In 1974, the Domaine was purchased. At that time, table grapes were mainly produced there. Table wines were also produced there. From then on, Pierre Guillon decided to uproot his vines and plant grape varieties more in line with the market. In 1984, Philippe Guillon decided to join his father in this company, he decided to produce the controlled designation of origin "Costières de Nîmes" as well as the production of Pays d’Oc and Gard wines.

Very early on, Pierre had a modern cellar built with all the equipment necessary to obtain quality wines. The vines were of course trellised from 1974. Subsequently, in 1984, Philippe decided to bottle the A.O.C. Costières de Nîmes.

Since then, with the help of fame, the list of products has grown. Indeed, the names "Les Rameaux" and "Trois Colombes Les Rameaux" adorn the Costières de Nîmes. "Les Trois Colombes" are used for varietal wines. The Château’s goal is the constant improvement of qualities. We are in the second generation and hope that the third will soon come to help us.
