Sabatier d’Espeyran, 9th generation

The new generation is proud of this journey and this land with southern accents. The Espeyran estate is today, at the same time, the expression of a heritage, a secular memory and a necessary modernity, which the young operator strives to make rhyme with audacity and integrity.

On the 550 hectares of the estate, we find the vineyard, the large cereal crops and, to the great delight of the hunting society created in the 18th century by the ancestors of the family, the large 120 hectare wood surrounded by marshes and ponds.

It is with curiosity and enthusiasm that Blaise, 9th generation of the Sabatier d’Espeyran line, takes the destiny of the property in hand, determined to restore its nobility.

Thus its signature vintage in red, rosé and white from the Costières de Nîmes appellation, quite naturally found its baptismal name: l’Envol…
