Our philosophy…

As the name of our first vintage “Marche Arrière” (Backward) indicates, we were keen to return to the cultivation methods of our ancestors. We take the time to observe our vines and work the soils. It seemed equally obvious to us to abandon synthetic chemical treatments in favor of sulphur and copper in reasonable quantities. We have also opted for the grinding of pruning wood, sexual confusion against grape worm moths and many other environmentally friendly practices, in order to best preserve our heritage and that of our children…
