Mas du Notaire in Costières de Nîmes
Mas du Notaire

Built in the middle of the 19th century and acquired by the RAMBIER family in 2004, the Mas du Notaire extends its vines over 30 ha. It takes its name from one of its former owners, an honorary notary at the beginning of the 20th century. Ideally located between the wild Camargue and the Mediterranean coast, the Mas du Notaire benefits from a privileged location in the heart of an exceptional natural heritage.

The Petite Camargue
The exceptional asset of this land frontally exposed to the sea is its very Mediterranean climate. Here, the mistral purifies the vineyard, the seasonality of the rains is varied and the sunshine, in the heart of this Petite Camargue, unique.

On these plateaus formed of sand and rolled pebbles on clay-limestone soils, the terroir of Gallician Franquevaux is one of the most beautiful in the Costières de Nîmes.

The ground covered with rolled limestone pebbles from the old bed of the Rhône, swept by the Mistral and reddened under the Camargue sun, offers inimitable wines with the flavors of the South.
